Account → Profile holds your display name, time zone, contact email, and notification preferences (release notes, billing receipts, optional launch-day reminders). All optional except contact email.

Account → Preferences governs editor defaults, keyboard shortcuts, default work format for new projects, light/sepia/dark theme, and whether the AI panel auto-opens when you enter Write.

The only key you'll need to add is ElevenLabs (for audiobook narration). Account → API keys → ElevenLabs → paste → save. The key is encrypted at rest and never appears in any log or export.

Rotate or remove a key at any time. The audiobook tool stops calling the moment a key is removed; finished audio stays in the gallery.

Nothing you put into WriteLoom trains any model. We send relevant project context to AI vendors (Anthropic for most studios, OpenAI for some, ElevenLabs for audiobook) on a per-call basis under contracts that prohibit training on the content. We never sell your data, never resell prompts, never share manuscripts with third parties for marketing.

Account → Privacy lays out exactly which vendor sees what, line-by-line per studio, so you can audit before you commit.

You can delete a single project from its overflow menu (Projects → ⋯ → Delete). Project deletion is permanent and removes manuscripts, plan notes, media, cover comps, and outreach data within 30 days from all live and backup systems.

To delete your entire account, Account → Privacy → Delete account. Same 30-day rolling window. Cancel anytime in those 30 days and the deletion is reversed.
