Plottr is a focused outlining and timeline tool, and it is very good at that one job — the visual board is its real strength. WriteLoom includes outlining but exists to carry the whole book: draft, three editors, covers, agent tracking, launch plan. Plottr is deeper at pure plotting; WriteLoom is broader.
